DELIVERY POLICY

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE.

Express delivery available on all orders Australia wide with a delivery fee.

Standard delivery available to New Zealand with a delivery fee. 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with exception of public holidays (subject to change during holidays).

Orders placed before 12pm AET will be shipped the same day. Processing times may differ subject to stock.

Delivery times are as follows:

RETURNS POLICY

Please allow some time for your hat to adjust to it's new home on top of your head as it softens, shapes & molds over time. 

If you're not happy with the size of your hat or you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase (as noted on your invoice) to return or exchange your order. 

You can return your item for a:

  • Different size or colour; or
  • Full refund 

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows: 

  • Fill out enclosed return/exchange form - returns that do not include this form will be returned to sender. 
  • Item must be in original condition & packaging. This means unworn, with no make up, stains or strong odours. 
  • All items are inspected by Stetson Australia staff upon arrival, only then will the refund be issued or exchange processed.
  • We are happy to provide one free returns label. Any further returns will be at the cost of the customer.
