DELIVERY POLICY

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE.

Standard delivery available to New Zealand with a delivery fee. Free returns are not available on deliveries made to New Zealand.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with exception of public holidays (subject to change during holidays).

Orders placed before 12pm AET will typically be shipped the same day. Processing times may differ subject to stock. 

Delivery times are as follows:

RETURNS POLICY

Please allow some time for your hat to adjust to it's new home on top of your head as it softens, shapes & molds over time. 

If you're not happy with the size or fit of your hat, you have 30 days from the date of purchase (as noted on your invoice) to contact Stetson Australia to return or exchange your item. 

You can return your item for a:

  • Different size or colour; or
  • Different style of the same or higher value (Difference paid by customer); or
  • Refund

Please note we do not accept change of mind returns.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows: 

  • Fill out enclosed return/exchange form - returns that do not include this form will be returned to sender. 
  • Item must be in original condition & packaging. This means unworn, with no make up, stains or strong odours. This includes packaging, all Stetson hat boxes must be in original condition and covered with plastic for shipment. 
  • If Hat Box is returned in poor or damaged condition, you may be subjected to a $30 replacement charge.
  • All items are inspected by Stetson Australia staff upon arrival, only then will the refund be issued or exchange processed.
  • We are happy to provide one free returns label. Any further returns will be at the cost of the customer.
